Model apartment opening event
Clients, authorities, journalists and the top personalities in Natal’s real estate market attended the event which opened the model apartment of Cosmopolitan Residencial. A success run by Silvio Ribeiro, associate.director of Aleo Group in Brazil.
Start of the advertising campaign and sales in Brazil
Natal already experiences Cosmopolitan Residencial’s contemporary concepts. This is due to a thorough advertising campaign which fully depicts Cosmopolitan’s qualities. In addition to that an efficient team of real estate agents has reached high rates of sales. In a few days, more than five hundred people have already visited the sales stand.

Since late March, the clients who seek different projects have been able to visit Cosmopolitan Residencial’s sales stand and the model apartment. The stand, with contemporary architecture, is located where the condominium will be built, and its façade is made with the same materials of the final project, with isolating aluminum panels and dark blue ceramic tiling. VII Natal Real Estate Show
A total success. That’s how we can define Aleo Group participation in VII Natal Real Estate Show. The Group’s stand was one of the most visited and at the end of the event the reservation of 35 residential units was celebrated. Among the noted visitors were the governor of the State of Rio Grande do Norte, Vilma de Faria, and the Mayor of Natal, Carlos Eduardo Alves.
Permits and Registrations
Nearly a month prior to the opening of sales of Cosmopolitan Residencial, Aleo Group got all permits and registrations which are required by law and are necessary to start the construction and sales of the residential units. This means more guarantees for those who decide to invest or to live in Cosmopolitan Residencial.

Real Estate Shows in Barcelona and Natal
Aleo Corporation Directors at Barcelona show in Rio Grande do Norte stand.
Aleo Corporation will be present at two big real estate shows: Barcelona Meeting Point 2007 and Salão Imobiliário de Natal 2008.
Barcelona Meeting Point will take place between the 6th and the 11th of November, 2007 and it is considered one of the most important real estate shows in the world. Aleo Corporation will have several directors there who will present the developments that our Group will start in Northeastern Brazil.
Salão Imobiliário de Natal on March 2008, on the other hand, is the place chosen to present to Natal market the Group’s next projects in the capital, pointing out Cosmopolitan Residencial, which will be launched during the show. Aleo Corporation will have a spacious stand where visitors will be given all attention they deserve and will get information about each project.
Launching of Cosmopolitan Residencial
In March, 2008, Aleo Corporation opens the sales for Cosmopolitan Residencial, which will have 284 two-bedroom apartments (1 suite) and 6 special two-level penthouse apartments. The facilities will have complete recreation area, with individual parking spaces, panoramic elevators, individual gas meters, solar water heating panels and pre installation for split air-conditioning system.
Due to its unique architecture, level of finishing and location, Cosmopolitan Residencial will be, without a doubt, one of the most representative condominiums in Natal. The public will be able to see the special design and the complete finishing of the model apartment which will be set up at the very location of the project.
The construction of the Cosmopolitan begins in January, 2009 and will last 24 months, with completion estimated for February, 2011.

Aleo Corporation closes a partnership deal for the construction of Cosmopolitan Residencial with a noted company: Conisa. This way, Aleo Corporation starts its first venture in Natal with the best guarantees, since in civil construction, Conisa is known to meet deadlines and for its excellent finishing work in every building this company has worked on.
With an 11-year-old history, Conisa has specialized in residential buildings in Tirol, the area where Cosmopolitan is located.
Since 2003, Conisa has been certified ISO 9001/2000 (Internacional Organization for Standardization), the most modern in the sector, and has also achieved level “A” in Programa Brasileiro de Qualidade e Produtividade na Habitação (PBQP-H) [Brazilian Program of Quality and Productivity in Housing], considered the highest concept in respect and the excellence of quality in processes.
